Tribute to Mr. Peter Mirren
Co-founder of Lamar Management Services
1992-2002

In memory of the late Mr. Peter Basil Mirren, former Lamar Development Business Advisor and co-founder, Lamar Management Services pays tribute to him for having being one of the forces behind the company's existence and success.

Mr. Mirren was a key player in the consultancy business working as Consultant in the field of Highway Engineering and Pilot assigned in the African region in the 80s. A former partner of Babb and Associates, he then later joined Lamar in the early 90s as Development Business Advisor responsible for the developing business for the company.

He was a very genuine person. At Lamar we will always remember him to be very humble, a person having a good heart, compassionate, shy of the lime light, but bold and brave in spirit. He was our great mentor, providing us his colleagues with great vision and wisdom in all our undertakings.

He lost to Melanoma Cancer on July 18, 2002 at the age of 55 after having battled the disease for almost a year.

We salute a great friend and mentor. His spirit shall live on in Lamar as we continue to walk on the foundation of which he helped start.
