Representation of Individual Consultants
Lamar directly promotes its pool of registered consultants
to prospective employers and development agencies. It maintains
and regularly updates its database of consultants, finds
opportunities for them, represents them to interested firms,
provides guidance and support (that includes visa assistance
for expatriates), negotiates their contracts/salaries, provides
assistance in the preparation, submission of consultant's
invoice and closely monitor their progress and performance
based on their terms of reference.

In responding to development needs over time, Lamar has also evolved into becoming a "new generation" consulting firm through its long history of supporting client firms and delivery of comprehensive services. "New generation" because it was born out of current circumstances, from new demands and unique needs.
While Lamar offers more and always attempts to innovate, it does not wish to compete or duplicate what its clients (i.e., other consulting firms) may already provide. In a way, it works as a "complete information and resource center" where a client can practically cover all his requirements, from project identification, inception, promotion, award, implementation to evaluation, depending on areas that he cannot actually cover due to some limitations. However, in cases when its full technical expertise is needed, in its own right and capacity, it can always provide full consultancy services through its experienced and competent project management team and in-house consultants.
Thus far, Lamar has undertaken international assignments for the Asian Development Bank, World Bank, United States Agency for International Development, Canadian International Development Agency, Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), and similar agencies in the Philippines, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Fiji, Indonesia, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia.
It is listed as one of the most active Philippines consultancy firm working with the Asian Development Bank.
