1. Representation of International Consulting Firms

   For more than a decade, Lamar has been widely accepted by the consulting fraternity in Asia as a leading provider of professional representation services. Lamar directly promotes its pool of registered consultants to prospective employers and development agencies. It maintains and regularly updates its database of consultants, finds opportunities for them, represents them to interested firms, provides guidance and support (that includes visa assistance for expatriates), negotiates their contracts/salaries, provides assistance in the preparation, submission of consultant's invoice and closely monitor their progress and performance based on their terms of reference.

Thus far, Lamar has undertaken international assignments for the Asian Development Bank, World Bank, United States Agency for International Development, Canadian International Development Agency, Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), and similar agencies in the Philippines, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Fiji, Indonesia, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia.

It is listed as one of the most active Philippines consultancy firm working with the Asian Development Bank.
